👮‍♂️ TWO ARRESTED AND BIKE SEIZED 🏍️

Whilst on mobile patrols yesterday afternoon PC Cutt and PC Stone have seen two young males riding a moped into the site of Sports Direct in Shirebrook who did not appear to be in full control of this moped.

Whilst the exit was covered by officers they were then swiftly joined by colleagues PCSO Hancock, PCSO Turner, PC Short and PC Baker. Officers then found the moped dumped and the two male riders were quickly detained for stop searches.

Following checks, it was then found that this moped that the two young males were using was stolen from the Mansfield area on Friday. Both males have been arrested for theft of motor vehicle.

The investigation into this matter will be progressed by Nottinghamshire Police.
